    Anyone programmed Honda Engine Control unit with Maxiflash pro through Honda HDS, all I know is that first I have to get account for 55$ a month, but I want to know if someone has done this before and what was the result.

    I downloaded j2534 pass thru software from honda website for free. It was a honda
    accord 2013 which I programmed its MICU control unit without issue, I connected my
    Maxiflash pro to the vehicle and my laptop with windows 8.1, I opened the software
    and progrmmed it as the software guided me.

     I have tried everything I can think of to get the MaxiFlash pro to work as J2534 with Honda J2534 software.  It works fine with Toyota, but I have no luck with Honda/Acura.  I've tried XP and Win 7 64 bit, latest versions of the Honda J2534 software...no luck.  PC talks to Maxiflash, get some clicking and appearant communication, then always an error screen.  I would appreciate any suggestions to help me get this box to work as J2534 with Honda/Acura.

    I had no problem programming honda micu, my laptop is asus k46cb with windows 8.1
    installed on it, I downloaded j2534 software from techinfo.honda.com for free 370Mb
    I have maxiflash software installed on my laptop, I connect maxiflash to the vehicle
    and to my laptop via USB..it works without prob

    TravelMate how can I install both of these software in my machine OS is xp sp3,please
